Must have ICPI and or NCMA Certification

Need an experienced interlocking paver installer who can lead a crew to get the job done.  A  CDL License is a plus and or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.  This position not only requires the ability to install products, but our Crew Leader must able to organize, plan, layout and execute the operation to lead our crews from the beginning of a project until the end. 

First and foremost, the Crew Leader must be able to prioritize, organize, delegate, and motivate our crews to provide our customers with the highest quality of service.  Crew Leader must also be able to keep accurate records of crew's time on each job and be aware of all safety guidelines.  Must be able to assess and make changes during an installation to satisfy a customer.

Crew Leader is responsible for all aspects of each project from initial layout through excavation to laying pavers and completing projects in a timely manner and to industry standards and our customers satisfaction.  Skills needed and  the type of equipment used for this position, but not limited to, are:  Bobcat, backhoe, truck driving, saws, digging, lifting, and carrying loads of bricks.  (Note:  our crews work year-round in extreme cold and extreme heat).  Blue print reading and mathmatical skills are definitely a plus for our crew leader position.
